Shipping

We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order within 2-3 days. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 7 to 10 business days after we ship it.

If you place an order for an item that is not in stock, then you can place an order for it. We will email you once the order has been placed to let you know about the status of your order (approx shipping). Once the order has been shipped we will email you with the tracking number. Please note that any Special orders might take between 2-3 weeks for processing and delivery.

Return & Exchanges

Please note the process for Return & Exchanges as below:

All return packages must have the RMA number on the box. All shipments without RMA numbers will be refused.

To begin the return process you will need a return authorization number (RMA number). Contact Us to receive this number.
